Post vacation greetings!

Hello! We are currently traveling home from Vancouver; having cruised in Alaska this past week. I am truly blessed to have been there . My favorite part of the trip was a tour into Tracy Arm Fjords. The crew was amazing! The tour delivered : Bears, whales, glaciers and scenic beauty beyond your dreams! This trip was a belated honeymoon for my husband and I. To celebrate, a post!

Anchors away!

This was a card I have now sent off to one of the birthday club members.
Enjoy! I have to catch a plane!

A family wedding!

Below is the wedding card I made for my neice. The papers, embellishments and verse is from Stampin up. The dies are from Cottage Cutz.

I shaded the horses just a bit to add dimension. Here is a closer look :

And finally, inside I found s Hampton stamp:

Hope you like it.

A Tilda birthday club card

Well my summer vacation is almost over and I did not get as much card making done as I hoped! Oh surprise!

I do have some cards to complete and get in the mail, and here is one:

This one is headed out to a birthday club member. A closer view:

Now back out to the sunshine! I hope you are enjoying the weather too!

I was ready for spring!

Another post that did not complete! Yikes! I promise to double check! Lesson learned.

Longer days! My favorite part of spring!

To celebrate, I am getting my cards ready for Easter!

One card I'd from the Occaisions catalogue. The versatile stamps can be used in many ways. I opted for a wild flower cluster!

Getting ready for birthdays!

Wow! I really must check my uploads! I have just noticed that some blog posts did not complete! This was meant to show up early July, but here it is now! Forgive the future tense! It was a great day.

Tomorrow I will be spending time with family celebrating my grandsons second birthday! For the event I made him a special card. His mom wanted a fire truck theme and that is where I got my inspiration!

The stamp is from the Stamping place. I do not know if they still exist, this is one of my first stamps! Here is a closer look:

Inside, I added some decorations, a verse, and balloon punched using Stampin up products.

I hope he likes it!

Christmas in July!

Wow! Wow! I had an amazing day yesterday! Thanks to Leena and Michelle for putting on the most amazing day for Stampin Up Demonstrators! Lots of ideas and techniques to share with all of you!

But before I get busy with them, I would like to share the card I made for our swap. It was very well received so I think I should post it!

The polka dots are just the paper I laid the card on to take the picture.  I used the petal burst embossing folder to put the leaves on the wreath versus stamping them on. The paper is from the "This Christmas " specialty pack.  The die cuts are from the Flouish thinlets set.

Another view:

The words are from Holly Jolly Greetings.

For those of you attending my card events, you can be sure to see this card in the buffet!

Before you know it, we will be rushing to get our cards in the mail. Time to get started!

I'm back! I know, I'm sorry. It has been so long since I posted. I will try and catch up a bit by posting more frequently over the next short while. Let me start by posting a card made for my grandsons forth birthday! Happy birthday little man! Have a look:

This card uses a lot of different Stampin up product- stamps, paper, ink, die cuts!
Here's a closer look:

And I hope you have a Dino-riffic day too!
