I have been on a crafting vacation!

This past week I had the pleasure of taking a copic class with Susanne Dean. It was a pleasure to meet her and benefit from her lessons. Two intense days were spent mastering copics in regards to hair, light source and dimensions. It was truly a great expereince.

But while this was going on, I was also signed up with onlinecardclasses.com for a holiday card class! Now I seriously have to play catch up as the 10 day classs is set to end this friday! So, appreciate that I am trying to zoom through the lessons to get something posted on the gallery.

Day 1 was a bit of a warm up with copic colouring and some snowflake stamping. Here is what I managed before heading to Guelph.

I am not super happy with my colour choices, but what is interesting, and I bet you can't see, is the scoring that gives this one layer card a two layer effect.
